Yakni telah lanjut usia. وَامْرَأَتِى عَاقِرٌ ۖ ( dan isteriku pun seorang yang mandul) Yakni yang tidak bisa mendatangkan anak karena kemandulan yang menghalangi itu. كَذٰلِكَ اللهُ يَفْعَلُ مَا يَشَآءُ ( Demikianlah, Allah berbuat apa yang dikehendaki-Nya)
